She coordinates comprehensive employer branding strategies with a diverse portfolio of tailored concepts and recruiting initiatives, oversees the Corporate Ambassador Program, and collaborates closely with colleagues across the ING Group to help attract top talent for a modern, tech-driven digital bank.
