1. How do we enable effective and timely self-service to employees and people leaders?
2. How do we enable the HR function to be a strategic partner to business leaders?
3. How do we enable a culture of [XYZ] supported by aligned HR practices to attract, retain and grow people capabilities in an equitable way?
These are three major areas to address, and tackling even just one of them at a time is a massive effort, especially if the organization is over $1 billion in revenue and in multiple countries.
